🇺🇸 | "This summer in Lithuania has redefined the way that I view my home country, not only was I able to gain professional experience, but also learn a lot of valuable information about Lithuanian politics and history. Meeting with influential people such as Dalia Grybauskaitė has given me the opportunity to dream higher and think more outside the box when planning for the future.

This program allowed me to see Lithuania as a land with many career opportunities that may be right for me. It made Lithuania feel like my home again even though I have not lived there for many years. When I will travel back now, I will no longer feel like I am somewhere that I may not belong. The program has reconceptualized my perspective on what it means to identity with two different cultural identities."

🇱🇹 | "Ši vasara Lietuvoje pakeitė mano požiūrį į Tėvynę. Aš ne tik turėjau galimybę įgyti profesinės patirties, bet ir daug svarbios informacijos sužinojau apie Lietuvos politiką ir istoriją. Susitikimai su įtakingais žmonėmis, tokiais kaip Dalia Grybauskaitė, suteikė man galimybę svajoti, išeiti iš komforto zonos ir kelti sau aukštesnius tikslus ateičiai.

Ši programa leido man pamatyti Lietuvą kaip karjeros galimybių šalį. Programos metu Lietuva ir vėl tapo mano namais, nors nebegyvenu čia daugybę metų. Todėl tikiu, kad kai kitą kartą sugrįšiu į Lietuvą, aš nebesijausiu čia svetima. O taip pat, programa stipriai praturtino mano dvigubo kultūrinio identiteto suvokimą."
