Stories That Spark - A New Campaign Highlighting BTLT Alumni

Bring Together Lithuania (BTLT) is launching a new informational campaign titled Stories that Spark - a series dedicated to sharing the experiences and long-term impact of the program’s alumni. This campaign will spotlight inspiring personal journeys of young Lithuanians from the diaspora who have participated in #BringTogetherLT, showcasing how their internships in Lithuania influenced their professional growth, deepened their cultural ties, and sparked lasting change.

Through a series of interviews and social media posts, Stories that Spark will reveal how former participants have stayed connected to Lithuania and continued to contribute to its development - no matter where they are in the world. Each entry in the series will feature a unique journey followed by a link to a full article where you can dive deeper into the alumni's story.

The campaign pursues a threefold objective:

1. It seeks to inspire and engage young Lithuanians abroad, particularly those aged 18 to 32 from all around the world, by encouraging deeper engagement with their heritage through participation in the BTLT program.

2. It aims to broaden the understanding within Lithuania of the valuable contributions made by diaspora youth, highlighting their diverse experiences and the transformative role they play in shaping Lithuania’s global identity.

3. It endeavors to cultivate meaningful partnerships with Lithuanian businesses, NGOs, and public sector institutions, inviting them to actively contribute to the program by offering internship placements, mentorship, and strategic collaboration that reinforces BTLT’s long-term mission.

   
   

Launching in May 2025, Stories that Spark will roll out as a regular content series across BTLT’s digital platforms. Timed to coincide with the peak of the 2025 BTLT program, the campaign aims to make the most of growing interest and engagement during the summer months. We hope to collaborate with Lithuanian media to spread the word!

By amplifying alumni voices, this campaign not only honors the journeys of those who have participated but also underlines the significance of youth-driven engagement in shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and globally connected Lithuania.
